ANGELIKS LTD (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, the “Company”) is dedicated to safeguarding and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and otherwise process personal data when you register for or use our Affiliate Program / platform.

This Privacy Policy applies primarily to personal data of publishers, affiliates, webmasters, media buyers and their authorized representatives (“you”, “Publisher”) who register on or use our affiliate platform at ProfitSoul.io (the “Platform”) and related pages, including www.angeliksltd.com where applicable (together, the “Site”). It does not govern end-user / consumer data collected on third-party websites operated by Publishers.

The Affiliate Program is intended only for persons aged eighteen (18) or over (or the higher age of majority under applicable law) who have full legal capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone who does not meet these requirements.

Please read this Policy carefully. By registering for the Affiliate Program, creating an Affiliate Account, or otherwise submitting personal data through the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. Where GDPR or other law requires consent for a specific processing activity, we will request it separately (for example via cookie banners or opt-in boxes).

1. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Account and identity data submitted via registration / contact forms: name, company name, position, email, phone number, messenger IDs, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Business / KYC / billing data needed to onboard and pay you as a Publisher: registered address, registration/VAT numbers, payment details (e.g. bank or other account identifiers), invoices and tax-related information.
  • Correspondence if you contact us (including support tickets and emails).
  • Technical / usage data: IP address, device/browser type, operating system, log data, and Site/Platform usage information collected via cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies”).
  • Location data derived from your IP address or device settings (if enabled), used for security, fraud prevention and service localization.
  • Program performance data linked to your Affiliate Account (tracking IDs, offered campaigns, traffic sources you declare, payout statistics). Where such data relates to an identifiable natural person (e.g. a sole trader or contact person), it is treated as personal data.

You may change certain preferences regarding the data you allow us to retain. Opting out of processing that is necessary to provide the Affiliate Program may limit or prevent use of the Platform.

2. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process personal data only where a legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. Depending on the context, we rely on:

  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to create and manage your Affiliate Account, provide the Platform, track Campaigns, calculate Commissions, invoice/pay you, and communicate about the Affiliate Program;
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to secure the Platform, prevent Fraud/Invalid Traffic, improve Site usability, conduct business analytics, manage corporate transactions, and keep business records, balanced against your rights;
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — to comply with tax, accounting, AML/sanctions screening and other mandatory laws;
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where required, e.g. certain cookies/marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

In particular, we use information about you to:

  • inform you about news, updates or announcements relating to our business or the Affiliate Program that may interest you (with an unsubscribe option for marketing emails);
  • improve the structure, layout and usability of the Site/Platform and personalize recurring visits;
  • respond to queries and comments;
  • notify you about changes to our services, Terms of Use or Site functionality;
  • conduct market analysis and research in aggregated or anonymized form where possible;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and non-compliant traffic, and enforce our Terms of Use / Insertion Orders;
  • ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information about you with:

  • third-party processors and service providers that we engage solely to host, administer or support the Affiliate Program, under written data-processing terms;
  • a purchaser or potential purchaser of our business or assets (in which case personal data may form part of the transferred assets), subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards;
  • our professional advisers (legal, accounting, compliance) where their advice is necessary;
  • parties where we are obliged to disclose information to comply with law, regulation, court order or competent authority request;
  • service providers acting as processors on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email, CRM, analytics, payment/payout providers, fraud-prevention tools), under written contracts requiring them to process data only on our instructions and to implement appropriate security;
  • other users of the Site only where strictly necessary to provide a service you request (we do not publish your payment or KYC data to other Publishers).

We remain responsible for personal data we entrust to processors under applicable law.

4. International transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and stored or processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including by staff or suppliers located outside the EEA. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with any supplementary measures required. A copy of relevant safeguards may be requested via partners@profitsoul.io.

If any section of our Site requires login access, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. While we take appropriate measures to protect personal data, internet transmission is never completely secure; transmission remains at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Affiliate Account / contract data — for the duration of your participation in the Affiliate Program and for a reasonable period thereafter to handle disputes, audits and residual payout matters (typically up to 3 years after account closure, unless a longer period is required);
  • Invoicing, tax and accounting records — for the periods required by Bulgarian / EU law (commonly up to 5–10 years depending on the record type);
  • Fraud / security logs — for as long as needed for investigation and prevention, then deleted or anonymized;
  • Marketing data based on consent — until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe;
  • Cookies — according to the lifetime set for each cookie (see cookie settings / banner).

When retention ends, we delete or anonymize the data, unless law requires longer storage.

6. Your rights (including GDPR)

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right, subject to legal limits, to:

  • request access to a copy of your personal data;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable (e.g. when data is no longer needed or consent is withdrawn and no other legal basis applies);
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing at any time;
  • data portability, where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means;
  • withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for ANGELIKS LTD as an EU controller, including the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, and/or your local EEA authority).
  • not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (Art. 22 GDPR), and to obtain human intervention / review of such a decision, to express your point of view and to contest it.

Automated decision-making (Art. 22 GDPR). To protect the Affiliate Program, we may use automated tools, including our Internal Fraud Protection System described in the Terms of Use, to assess Fraud and Invalid Traffic. Such assessments may have significant effects for you as a Publisher (including voiding of Commissions, withholding of payouts, and suspension or termination of your Affiliate Account). Where a decision is based solely on automated processing and produces legal or similarly significant effects, you have the right not to be subject to that decision without human intervention, and to request human review, to express your point of view and to contest the decision. You may exercise this right by contacting partners@profitsoul.io.

7. Cookies

We may gather information about your device (such as IP address, operating system and browser type) for system administration, security and to understand usage patterns. Cookies and similar technologies help us improve the Site, estimate audience size, store preferences, speed up searches and recognize returning users.

We distinguish, where required: (i) strictly necessary cookies (required for the Site/Platform to function); (ii) analytics/performance cookies; and (iii) marketing cookies. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent where the law requires it. You can configure your browser to reject cookies; some Site features may then not function. More information: http://www.aboutcookies.org. Platform-specific cookie settings (if available) are shown in the cookie banner / preference center on the Site.

8. Other websites

The Site may include links to third-party websites (including Publisher Media or external resources). Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Please review their policies before submitting personal data.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We review this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update this page when we make changes. The “last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Please check this page regularly. Material changes may also be notified via the Platform or by email where appropriate.
